| Order Processing | Deliveries can be arranged on the same day for orders that are placed before 1pm, else will proceed to next day. |
| Items - stock out | Refund is granted for stock outs after placing the order & dispatch the rest. Applicable for payment methods - Direct payment & KOKO. |
