Standard delivery

1-2 working days after collecting items from Technodora's stores

Order Processing

Deliveries can be arranged on the same day for orders that are placed before 1pm, else will proceed to next day

Items - stock out

Refund is granted for stock outs after placing the order & dispatch the rest. Applicable for payment methods - Direct payment & KOKO.

Delivery delays

Find the tracking link emailed to you. Find the status or call the courier partner. 

Note - If the package is damaged,  reject it and get in touch with our customer service. Additionally rely on the tracking link emailed to find the status of the delivery.

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
  • Log into your account,  check orders , find the tracking URL and get the status of your item. You may call courier partner if you wish.
  • If you are not a registered user, then use "track your order" link to find the tracking URL.  
  • If you have any concerns or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
Do you deliver on public holidays?

Although we accept orders 24/7,  delivery orders will not be processed by our courier partners on public holidays.  Delivery orders will be scheduled next working day after the public holiday.

Do you deliver to my location?

Yes we do. Island wide delivery is available. 

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

You can coordinate with the courier person if you are not available to collect the package.
