Refund Policy

We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is smooth and enjoyable. When you purchase a product through our website using PayHere, please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

We understand that every purchase is important to you, which is why we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have before making your purchase. Our team is here to assist you in any way we can to ensure you make an informed decision.

Warranty period


Warranty period is clearly mentioned in the product page at https://www.technodora.lk/ , as well as on the warranty card and the invoice. The warranty becomes effective for items starting from the date of delivery.

If the product is found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, it will be eligible for immediate replacement provided that no misuse or tampering of the product is found.

Warranty cancellation

Warranty will be voided if:

  • Product defectiveness occurred after the warranty coverage period agreed.
  • Product was improperly used, altered, modified in any way without previous authorization, exposed to natural conditions unsuitable for the product features, or exposed to any other condition for which Technodora (Pvt) Ltd could not be deemed liable. Technodora (Pvt) Ltd will decide at its sole discretion whether to provide warranty coverage or not with a final decision.
  • Product defectiveness is caused by a natural disaster (earthquake, fire, natural electrical discharge/lightning, flood, etc.).

This Standard Limited Warranty does not cover any Battery if:

  • The battery has been charged by a battery charger not specified or approved by the manufacturer for charging the battery;
  • Any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering; or
  • The battery has been used in equipment other than the manufacturer’s device for which it is specified.

This Standard Limited Warranty does not cover any Power Supply Unit if:

  • The power supply unit has been damaged due to electrical power surges or lightening.

This Standard Limited Warranty does not cover any Dead Pixels if:

  • The display/monitor/TV contains less than seven dead pixels.

Procedure for warranty claims

  • If you want to raise a Warranty Claim, please contact us by filling contact form Kindly give a brief description of the situation with as many technical details
  • Customer should bring in the product for warranty claims to the Technodora showroom or courier it for further inspection. (Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return)
  • Upon inspection of the product, Technodora will decide if the defect is covered under the warranty policy.
  • If the defect is covered under the warranty policy, Technodora will repair/replace the product free of charge.
  • Technodora may request the customer to visit the store if the product needs to be tested in front of the customer.
  • Technodora requires 7-14 days to inspect and repair/replace the product. If the parts are not available, this time can be extended up to 1 month or longer given the nature of the repair.
  • If the defect is not covered under the warranty policy but is still repairable, customer can opt to get it repaired by Technodora, accepting to pay the relevant repair charges.
  • After the product is repaired, or is not covered under the warranty policy, and the customer is notified, the product should be collected within a period of 1 month, or the product will be disposed of, upon notification once more, and acknowledgement by the customer. (Storage period can be extended under special circumstances upon request by the customer)
